Obituary of Heloise Martha Watson

The passing of Heloise Martha (Bedore) Watson of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on February 28, 1936 in Tupper Lake, New York, USA, she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Anna (Audet) Bedore. Heloise was an avid reader whose secretarial career began at Syracuse University. From there she embarked on a new adventure, moving to Halifax, Nova Scotia to begin raising a family. After 5 years, she made her final move to Fredericton, NB. As her children grew more independent, she resumed her secretarial career working for the RCMP over 20 years.

Heloise is survived by her children, Anne Bedore Taylor (Jack), Denise Watson, William Watson (Wendy); grandchildren, Kevin (Ann), Patrick (Beth), Russell, Terianne (Jody), Josh, Lauren, Cody; 12 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of York Funeral Home. At Heloise’s request, there will be no public services. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to any Public Library or to a charity of the donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
