TO ALL MEMBERS OF HELOISE'S FAMILY -
I first met Heloise when we worked for the RCMP out of Old Government House. I find it VERY difficult to find words to truly express my deep feelings of loss with the passing of our co-worker and dear friend,. Heloise worked SO tirelessly on our behalf as Union Rep,, ALWAYS with our best interests on the table, preparing us for our pensions to live on in our retirement lives. For sure, both membership and the authorities respected her determination in tending to the needs of those she so very capably represented for many , many years.
When we first retired we would talk on the phone very often/attend luncheons/Xmas. gatherings/exchange recipes (she sure enjoyed baking and was SO good at it) - and discussed our special blessings in life - our grandchildren!! In COVID times, we stay home/staying safe and have not kept in touch as often - something I will regret for the rest of my days. HOW I wish I had taken the time to pick up the phone, have a chat and hear her hearty laugh, which would always lift your spirits and brighten your day - my loss, for sure.
- Rest in peace Dear Friend - We ALL certainly share in your deep loss-Most sincerely sent, Shirley Munn.

I had the pleasure of working with Heloise several years ago, and although it was only for a short time, I found her to be a great worker and a wonderful addition to our unit. I also remember her for her no nonsense attitude, and loved her Tootsie Rolls.
To all members of her family, please accept my most sincere condolences.

It was certainly sad to hear of Heloise's passing. I worked with Heloise in J Division Planning years ago. Heloise was a very nice lady who always spoke her mind and would help you, no matter what the task was. Rest in Peace.

It is with a saddened heart that I learned of Heloise's passing. We worked in J Division and were able to discuss many issues that she defended on behalf of the membership. She was straightforward and honest as one could expect. She sometimes portrayed a toughness that was easily softened into a great smile and a twinkle in her eyes. Her laugh was infectious and I have many memories of her sense of humour and being the brunt of her teasing. She will be missed and may she rest in peace.

To Heloise's family,
It is with heartfelt sympathy that I extend my condolences to you on Heloise's passing. I worked with Heloise for 25 or more years at "J" Div. HQ and so enjoyed the experience. She was a thoughtful and kind person with such a huge personality. We shared many stories and laughs over the years. I would hear her laugh all the way down the hall in my office and it would make me chuckle without knowing the reason. Once retired, we met only on occasion but I always looked forward to it. I am pleased to have known her and will miss her.
My thoughts will be with you as you go through this difficult time.

To the surviving family of Heloise: Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of a great lady. Heloise and I (Rod) worked together in the late '80s and early 90's. She was a wonderful asset to the "J" Division Audit and Planning Branch who brought sunshine and humour into any room she entered. Her caring nature for others and her infectious laugh were a couple of her most memorable qualities. We lost track of Heloise after moving to Ottawa in 1995. However, I remember returning to Fredericton for both business and pleasure a number of times and on each occasion was heartened to see that she hadn't changed one iota. She was still the life of the party! Raye and I are confident that Heloise continued to make her mark on everyone she met, both within the RCMP and in the wider society of Fredericton. She will be missed by many!
