Dear Mavis and Dick
Sherry was beautiful inside and outside, with a gift of lifting your spirits immediately with her quick wit, like hers Dads and her ability to make you laugh until your cheeks hurt and you were gasping for air. She was passionate about country music and her favourite country star was Travis, I can still hear her singing his songs ( maybe not on key) but she would belt out his songs with great enthusiasm. I loved our vacations and time together in Daytona Beach. As life moves forward for both of us, I moved to Calgary, AB and while I didn’t see her much after those years, I will never forget her dynamic and confident personality. She impacted my life as I am sure she did with so many others. I want you to know that my heart and prayers go out to you and all her beautiful family.
Hugs

I will never forget the sound of Sherry's voice. I only met her 5 months ago but she left a last impression on me. I loved her positive spirit, telling me stories about driving across the border to go shopping, her kids, her grandchildren, her plans for retirement. It saddens me deeply that she never had a chance to enjoy her time away from work - but her untimely death reminds us all to pause and reflect that tomorrow is never guaranteed and that we should all be lucky enough live like like Sherry did to enjoy and and love life to the fullest. Rest in peace Sherry -- you will never be forgotten.

To Sherry's family; I can't imagine the devistation you are feeling with the loss of Sherry. It just wasn't time but I don't know if there ever is . We became friends in 1977 in nursing school which we both ditched but I later went back and she found her fit in the insurance world. She was one of my friends I could always call and no matter what we had been through, and there was a lot, we always left the conversation laughing and waiting until the next one. We share all our troubles, our families and how much we loved them, especially we We lost our home and son in a fire. She was there to tell me to pick it up and move on. She was a Beautiful Friend with a Great Soul. We did some crazy things and could always laugh. Her laugh was infectious, she was beautiful inside and out, she loved her family, crafts, quilting and walks with many friends. Jerry came in to her life and never left ; just the way she wanted it. I listened to her voice as tears came to my eyes when I called her number. I still can't believe I won't hear it again. She will light up Heaven and have beautiful wings, she will start and end the party. She was Loved by so many. In her time she will be remembered by so many and bring a Smile to our faces when we think back to all the memories we were Blessed to have with her. RIP My Dear Friend...Remembered with Love...Lana Forbes

Jerry,Mavis, Dick and family I cannot begin to express how much I loved and adored Sherry. When she sent me a text Wednesday night and a photo of a quilt she just finished I never thought it could possibly be the last. We seemed to share all the same interest, had so many great road trips, made all the same quilts, liked the same home decor and kept in touch on a weekly bases. She had a deep love for Jerry and her family and was always there for them. We often laughed about how Jerry could always find the perfect things for her at the auctions. She was also a very hard worker and very dedicated to her job but also very much looking forward to retirement. I’m so thankful she got to travel to Maine 3 times in December. She left a big hole in so many hearts but we are all very fortunate to have had her in our lives and for all the beautiful memories. Hugs from Connie

Sherry, Peter Gormley and myself all started at Wawanesa the same time back in June 1980, Peter and I were in the Moncton office and Sherry was in the Fredericton Office. Sherry took a short break to start her family, then returned after a few years. We had many long telephone conversations over the years (that was back in the day when you could get away with it. Lol) We always had a great time when we had social gatherings or claims meeting and the Fredericton crew made their way to Moncton. I also recall back in the good old days when we attended golf tournaments and I have a picture somewhere where Sherry and I were on the same team. In the summertime my husband and I do a lot of road trips on our motorcycles and I thought of her every time we passed by her place. Sherry will be missed by all those that knew her and was taken from this world way to soon. My condolences to her family and friends. RIP Sherry

Our deepest condolences to the entire Lloyd family for the loss of a loving, caring daughter, mother, wife, grandmother and friend
I had the pleasure and honor to work with Sherry at Wawanesa. We shared many laughs and memories of our families and our lives.
Sherry had many loves - shopping, quilting, the sunshine but most of all the love for her family. She spoke often of her children, her grandbabies and her parents. She held each one dear in her heart.
Jerry, you were her rock and filled her life with love and laughter. Sherry looked forward to your return home when you were out on the road.
We do not know why God called Sherry home though we know the world is poorer.
May God's amazing peace, comfort and strength surround each of you today and the coming days.
