To Uncle George, Amanda, Dorothy, Mike and families.
I was so saddened to hear of Aunt Ruth’s passing. I have so many wonderful memories of her visits to Newfoundland. She even made a special trip to attend one of my baby showers.
She was such a special aunt and I dearly loved her. My kids got to know her as well, and they loved her like I did!
She will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her, but especially by her family.
Sending all my love and prayers to all of you.

To the family of Ruth
We are sorry for the loss of your loved one. May you find peace in the memories of the life you shared with her.
Gladys Woolridge (sister of Ida Thompson) & Brian
Ruth was one of the kindest and most loving people I have known. I met Ruth when we were just young girls
and I remember being excited to know that Wes had a sister close to my age. We were always happy to see
each other and that carried on through the years. I will miss seeing her.

To George and family!
We are so privileged to have known Ruth! She had such a contagious smile. She genuinely cared so much about us as her pastors and her church family. Ruth so loved the Seniors ministry and was actively involved before her declining health.
Ruth also loved to talk about her family and we were privileged to share these conversations with her.
Even though there are inadequate words to show our condolences to you, please be assured of our care and prayers for you all.
We leave a scripture verse for you that has been helpful to us. Psalm 46:1 says “ God is our refuge and strength, and a very present help in time of trouble”
We look forward (with you) to celebrate her life!
Prayerfully yours,
Majors Dan & Renée

To George and Family: Condolences to each of you at this sad time. Ruth and I became friends some years ago when we realized that we were both from Botwood NL. We had some great memories and laughs after our connection. She was a beautiful and caring person. She will be sadly missed. May God guide and bless you as you walk through this journey of parting.
She is an amazing Angel!

Ruth was one of the first to greet me each Sunday at church. Her laughter and hugs will be missed. She loved telling me stories of her grandchildren and family in Newfoundland. She showed faith in action and her love for her Savior. Though promoted to glory she will be missed by her many friends. She left us too soon.

Ruth and I have been friends for many years. Though separated by distance, it wouldn’t take long for us to reconnect when we would meet up in Newfoundland. Ruth was a very kind, loving, beautiful lady. Until we meet again, my forever friend, I will cherish the memories. My love and prayers are with your precious family.

Uncle George and Family: I have so many memories of Aunt Ruth that I don't know where to begin -- except at the beginning. Mom shared so many stories of Aunt Ruth taking care of me from the time I was born -- and doing her best to spoil her first nephew. I think we shared a special bond because of that. While she will be missed by many, her voice and her great laugh will echo forever. Joy's and my thoughts are with all of you in these difficult days.
