The passing of Celia Winifred Pelletier of Lincoln, NB, wife of Ivon Pelletier occurred on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Hospice House, Fredericton, NB.  Born on March 9, 1942 in Beeston, Nottingham, England, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Bernard and Winifred Florence (Allen) Spray.  Celia enjoyed her work as a Dental Assistant for Dr. John MacMullin. She was an avid quilter and animal lover. 

In addition to her husband, Celia is survived by her children, Steven Pelletier and Stacie Dalzell both of Fredericton, NB; grandson Matthew Dalzell; brother Clive Spray of Nottingham, England. 

There will be no services by request.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Oromocto SPCA.
