Anne, Scott, Stewart, Angie & Families; Our deepest sympathy on the loss of a wonderful husband, father/grandfather. I have many fond memories of my early years in Charlotte County when the detachments worked together as a close knit family. Stan was one of a kind who young constables could call on for advise & no matter the situation was there to advise and assist...sometimes it was Anne (as the 2nd. Man) who answered the phone or radio and you would never know what ( the Corporal’s wife) would come up with, but it would always lighten the load & brighten up your shift. Stan’s tendency for jokes & storytelling to ease stress & tension during difficult situations was always a talent appreciated by many over the years and was never more accepting than his appearances at our Keswick Ridge United Church Men’s Breakfast group where he was always a regular and everyone waited in great anticipation for the end of a joke not knowing which direction it was going to take ( the furniture salesman in particular) Our thoughts & prayers are with you all at this difficult time. Glynn & Esther Norman ( I am sure all of the 80 or so men from our breakfast group share in our condolences )

Anne & family,
Sending my condolences to you, and just a personal note. I had the distinct pleasure of often connecting with Stan when I served as Ass’t Town Administrator for the Town of Riverview, and Chairperson of the MDREPC- Moncton-Dieppe-Riverview Emergency Planning Commitee. Stan was one of the kindest, most considerate persons I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He served with pride and dignity!!!
May you now cherish the memories you shared with such a wonderful man. R.I.P. Stan.

I’m sorry to hear of Stan’s passing. He was a valued member of Oromocto United Church along with Anne, Scott, Stewart and Angie. I’ll always remember the time he and I were counting the offering after church and because neither one of us was very good with figures it took us much longer than usual. Anne finally appeared in the doorway with a banana in her hand as she was afraid his diabetes would cause his blood sugar to plummet. A dear, sweet man is how I thought of him. He will be missed by many.
