Dear Jane and Elizabeth,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. I have many fond memories of your mom when I stayed with you in Moncton. She was always so kind to me and welcomed me into her home with opened arms. Not only in Moncton but when you came to Stanley too. The visits were always a special memory I will cherish. Take care! Dear Elizabeth and Jane,
To you both I send my condolences and the assurance of my continued prayers for your mother. Your names appear on the Intercessions at Saint Barnabas; you are being remembered at Mass each day.
My childhood memories of Mary begin with her warm smile and enthusiastic greeting as she would come and go to Tishie Taits prior to your parents marriage. For decades our mothers were the best of friends, keeping in touch by phone despite the thousands of miles that separated them in later years. Few people were more kind and thoughtful than the two of them. A visit with Mary was always an enjoyable part of my trips to New Brunswick. With her death, I will continue to miss her.
A shining light has left us. May she rest in peace and rise with Christ in glory.

I feel a connection to Mary as I grew up on that same fox ranch and have fond memories of the trunk in the ranch house that contained several of Marys scribblers she used in her business course. Apparently that trunk exists today on the property. that little white house in Ward Settlement had a bedroom next to the road that was mine just as it was hers. So nice to share this wonderful connection. All the best to the family.

Dear Jane, Sarah, Thomas, Elizabeth and Elaine,
Please accept our sincere sympathy on the passing of your mom and grandmother. I aspire to be the "fasionista" that she was. Enjoyed our "teas" with her served on her "Spode China" with my mother. Mom considered Mary her closest friend and I have those memories committed to my heart. She was considered by the MacMillan girls to be the youngest one and I loved to hear her stories about spending time with mom and her sisters when she visited them (from just down the road) from when she was a young child. God bless all of you as you go through this loss. Sincerely, Larry and Anne Sherrard.
