The passing of George Bergeron of Fredericton, NB, husband of Wendy Frances (Pile) Bergeron, occurred on January 13, 2025 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on July 15, 1949 in Richmond, QC, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Wright) and Lucien Bergeron. George worked as a Communications Manager for the New Brunswick Nurses Association. He was an avid book reader and loved doing photography.

 

George is survived by his beloved wife and son, Wendy and Elliott Bergeron, both of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Curtis & Enid; sister, Madelyn Betts; brother, Mark Bergeron; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
He was predeceased by his brother, Marcel Bergeron (Eliane); brother, Frank Bergeron; sister, Patricia Henderson.
