Dear boys and families. I don’t think I can remember when I met your father and mother first. It was a very long time ago. I remember your dad on my mission trips to Bolivia. It was a great time with the team. Your Dad always was an inspiration, he worked hard on everyone of those houses we were sent to work on. Guna, Shoba and I were sad to hear about his passing We are sad to not be there for the funeral and meet you all at the visitation. We are with Guna’s mother and next week we go to visit Shoba in Thailand. Take care of each other and be kind to one another. Love from our family to yours. Love, Guna and Sarah in Singapore.

Andrew, Byron & Stephen - so sorry to hear of your father’s passing. He was a very intelligent and kind man. Over the years, he has done a couple of projects including building a plow for my Wheeler. I also had the pleasure of having him as a shop teacher many years ago. This is a big loss for all of you and the Nashwaak Community. He will be missed.

Dear Byron, Andrew, Stephen and your families,
Roger and your mom, Marilyn will always have a special place in our family. Kyle had his first fishing experience at your dad’s place when he was three. We also had the privilege of having dinner with your family more than 25 years ago when we started going to Grace.
I was one of the recipients of your dad’s blueberries and other garden produce.
We will surely miss Roger.
Take care,
Karen and Emilio Ancheta

To the Crisp family,
My sincere condolences on the passing of your father and recent passing of your mother. As you know, they were well-respected in the church and community for how they lived their lives and shared their faith. May your faith and memories sustain you as you continue your earthly journey without their presence.

Roger and Marylin became my dear friends and family when I was left alone in Fredericton after my family moved away. They gave me rides between church and home for three years, and we experienced the beauty of changing seasons together. During that time, we created precious memories while discussing Fredericton's lovely scenery, church events, and God's plan and love. Whenever I struggled with a migraine that lasted more than a week or worried about my parents back in Korea, Roger and Marylin were always by my side, praying for me and offering comfort.
As devoted servants of God, Roger and Marylin were always ready to help those in need. As dedicated elders, they quietly took on essential tasks around the church and participated in various events. They were truly some of the most wonderful people I have ever met.
It is still hard to believe what has happened to Roger and Marylin in the past two to three months. A part of my heart feels empty, and I am filled with sadness. Understanding God's will and providence can be particularly challenging for humans. However, I trust God chose the right time to take Roger and Marylin to heaven. I also believe they will continue to be with our brothers and sisters in faith, those in need, the church, and God's work, just as they did during their time on Earth.
I know how much Roger and Marylin loved their family. May God's peace and comfort be with their family during these difficult times.

My deepest sympathies to Andrew, Byron, Stephen and their families.
Growing up spending a lot of time in the Crisp house I have many memories. Rogers work shop, the amazing big slide he had in the back yard for us kids. Most of all I was fascinated with his bees. I remember him showing and teaching me about them.
Lifting you all up in prayer during this difficult time

I met Roger at Fredericton High School. He taught the metals shop class for those interested in that trade.
In later years I became a neighbour and good friend. I had him do many little welding or machinest jobs for me. We would always talk about the bible and his missions trips. I am going to miss him and our friendly chats.
Sincerely,
Michael Trail

Janet and I are heartbroken to hear of Roger's passing.
He has been such a good friend for many years and has helped us on numerous occasions. Roger was a dedicated Christian and served his Lord and church faithfully. His mechanical skills were second to none as
were his gardening abilities. He will be missed by a countless number of people. We would like to express our sincere condolences to his family and we will be keeping them in our thoughts and prayers.

I always remember Uncle Roger teasing us as kids. Always playing some kind of game to try to make us laugh. And he was always tinkering with things out in his workshop and always had new cool things for us to look at whenever we came to visit.
