So sorry for your loss. My Mom, Dolores, would always speak so highly of Louis, she thought the world of him. I fondly remember his visits to Grammie Evelyn’s, he was always up for a sing a long or play a joke on everyone! Sending my sincere condolences and positive prayer for healing. RIP Louis

Jim and I extend our sincere condolences to Avis, Michelle, Troy, Ross and families. Louie was a great man, always kind and had a great smile for you. I remember when Louie first came into the Mitchell family. He lived just a few doors away from Avis, on Highland Avenue. We all loved Louie. I also remember when Louie was serving overseas as a young man. He was chosen to give a greeting on Christmas Day on TV to those of us back home in Canada. It was an exciting time, as back then, the only means of communication was by Airmail. Louie was a celebrity that Christmas. Heaven is your home now, Louie. May we all be blessed with our memories of you.

Louie was such a wonderful part of our life when Levi was young. You both loved Levi so much, and we'll be forever grateful for the impact Louie had on his little life. I'll always cherish the memories of our backyard conversations, watching Louie and Levi snack on fresh rhubarb together, and Levi's excitement in getting a freezie every day from "Avis and Woowie". Your marriage was a blessing to our young marriage. We are so sorry for the loss of Louie, but look forward to reuniting one day in glory!

Louie was a dearly loved member of our family. I can remember from when I was a little girl him playing with me at Mom and Dads. He was always sweet to me and all our family. Greg enjoyed playing with him when he could, whatever the occasion, Sunday services or special music. He has been dearly missed, I know with his illness and we are thankful he is now fully healed. I hope they have guitars in heaven, he'll be playing and singing there. Our love and deepest condolences to Avis, Michelle, Troy, Ross and their families in their great loss.

Avis & Family - heard through Debbie Wilson this morning that your dear husband had passed away. We have so many wonderful memories of times spent with you and your family. Louie meant so much to Perry and Louie did indeed like to joke and tease. We just talked to our son David to let him know of Louie’s passing. Louie was so good to David in hiring him for the job in Woodstock. There are some people who touch our lives in a unique and special way. You folk have done just that. Our love and prayers are with you all at this time. Love in Christ, Jean & Perry Ingersoll.
