To the Doige family - I am so sorry for your loss. Lynda was such a welcoming presence and she was always so gracious and open with me. The loss of a matriarch like Lynda will be felt for many years. I am thinking of you all in this time of sorrow, loss, and celebration of her life.

Dear Rick, Sandy, Matt and Family,
I just learned of Lynda’s passing and I am so sorry for your loss. Lynda was such a kind and good person. She was always ready to lend a hand and share a smile. I first met Lynda when Sandy was in my Grade 9 class and I would eventually have the opportunity to work again with her as part of the MWC. She was a caring and supportive leader and I learned so much from her. There is no legacy greater than family and Lynda leaves behind some truly special people. Please know that my thoughts are with you all. My most sincere condolences.

Q: What 3 words best describe Lynda and why?
A: I met Lynda through a family member. She was a happy, kind and praying lady.
She visited me in Brampton Ontario and we had a wonderful time.We went for lunch at the Mandarin restaurant and had a great time.
She was my prayer partner and I missed her weekly emails after her health deteriorated.
We met several times in Fredericton also and enjoyed good times.
May God be with Rick and family at this sad time of loss .We know she is in a better place

Dear Rick and family, this is a time that really tugs at your heart strings! You know Lynda would want you to hold fast to your faith and each other.
My sister, Judy Curwen Driver, wrote, earlier how Lynda made our visits to Moncton so special. We went on a church camping trip with her, one year, up to Nova Scotia, around Cape Breton, where we camped. Who knew it would be so cold at night, in July?!! Not these two kids from Texas! All-in-all, we had a fantastic time.
Lynda had a great influence on me, and several years later, I was born-again and Jesus has been my constant companion, ever since. Lynda will be remembered for so many things. Sharing Jesus Christ with the world was at the top of her list.
I love you, Cousin, and will see you in a while. God bless!

I came to know Jesus through the preaching and teaching of Lynda and Rick. Lynda was one of the wisest souls God put in my path. She encouraged me to be the person God wanted me to be and didn't judge me when I failed Him. She just kept teaching me about Him and showing me His love through her actions.
You will be truly missed,
Jennifer Gardiner

Dear Rick and Family-
Cousin Judy Curwen Driver, here, in Florida. In 1963, on our last family visit, to Moncton, Lynda took my sister Gayle and me under her wing and made sure that we had a wonderful time. She was so joyful and so much fun- to know her, was to love her. She was an important influence in the lives of so many. You have been in our prayers for a long time and will continue to be.

Rick and family,
My sincere condolences on the passing of Lynda. I appreciated her guidance and support on my academic journey as a member of my PhD advisory committee. Whenever we ran into each other, she took the time for a chat and was always smiling. May it give you comfort to know that she enriched the lives of many people, personally and professionally. As you continue your lives without her presence, I trust you will feel strength from all of your memories together.

Lynda was more than a person who passed through my life. She was instrumental in helping me form, in part, who I was and God's participation in that. On occasion she helped me with my schoolwork as a child, was our churches choir director, was my sister's lifetime best friend. One of the "best days of rest" (Sunday) happened at her house as we went to church, shared a meal, sat by the fire and shared thoughts, scripture, poetry and stories. I could go on and on with stories. My deepest condolences to Rick, her children and spouses, she will be dearly missed by many
