I only met Wayne once about a month before his passing. He pulled up at the shell on 17th ave SW where motorcyclists often meet up. We had the same motorcycle so we got chatting. He offered to buy me a water and he did. I thought this was a lovely gesture since we had just met.
We rode that day together with one other rider and he has suggested we all go eat together at a shawarma place on the east side. As soon as I saw the post of his passing I recognized him immediately. He had a big and beautiful smile.
When we parted I remember seeing a glow around his being and that memory never left me.
My condolences to the family I can imagine he is deeply missed.

A: Bro. you are miss so much by your Brothers, Sister and friends. We all had so much fun when you came home for a visit. We will always remember all the great time we had together. Those rides Wayne that you and I [Anthony] took together bro. was the greatest rides, that I had ever done and wish you were still here to do it again with me. I [Stacey] miss the talks and laughs we use to do on the phone late at nights and on our Birthdays I miss calling you on June 14th for your birthday and you staying on the phone to wish me Happy Birthday on June15th. I will still celebrate your Birthday every year. And I [Derek] miss our chats and coming up to Fredericton to go out for a great meal with you. The Steaks were the best when we were together Bro. Q: What was one of the qualities of Wayne that you loved most?
A: Wayne loved his 2 sons Christopher, Luc and his 3 grandchildren. Although he didn't get to spend much time with Chris. and real didn't get to know Luc very well nor never got to meet his 3 grandkids, I know he loved them all. He would talk to me about watching Luc's videos of his music and seeing pictures of his kids. He talk about how proud he was of them all.. He was planning on coming home that year and going to see them, I wished he would have got to meet his grandkids and got to know Luc more. He would of made a
wonderful grampy. And his 2 dogs Kira, and Willie he love as well. One thing I can say I loved most about my son Wayne is he loved his whole family with all his Heart and soul, and I know he's watching over us.

My condolences and prayers to Dawn and the entire family.
I am thankful that recently I talked to Wayne via Facebook of course, and we talked about getting together next time we were both home. I’m glad for that recent conversation. I will always remember how happy he seemed.
My thoughts and prayers to Lisa and Kristopher. I hope you find comfort in the memories you have.
I will always remember his kindness, huge smile and his love for life. He was truly living his best life. I am saddened by his loss and the world lost a great person.

I am at a loss for words to explain the impact of the loss of Wayne. Although we weren’t together anymore, we were still in each others lives and shared so many good memories. My heart goes out to Dawn, and all of his family suffering this tremendous loss. I know our sweet Kira greeted him and will walk beside him as he looks down on us with that big infectious smile. I’m thankful for the love and the memories I was able to make with Wayne and his family.
