I first met Winzora many years ago when her daughter Bonnie and I became friends throughout our nursing careers. She was a vibrant, beautiful woman who always greeted you with her welcoming smile. My condolences to Don and especially to Bonnie and her family. A difficult time for all but many good memories.

The passing of an Icon, who did not know Winzora Swain. We all knew when she walked into a room, a true fashionista, no one could rock a pair of leather pants like she could.
I’ve known Winzora all of my life. She was a dear friend to my mother, and I cannot begin to tell you the shenanigans they got into.
She lived her life in big brush strokes. Known for her business acumen and not one to ever miss a party. Her love of life was infectious. I shall remember her big smile, the sound of her voice, her readiness to do anything and most of all her kindness.
Rest in Peace beautiful lady.

I’m am so sad to learn this. Sending my condolences to Winzoras family
I will never forget my first encounter with Winzora.
I was working inside of Miami Tanning doing my Aesthetics. (2010)
This lovely woman whisks in my room wearing a Baby Phat black valour track suit, trimmed in gold , she was straightening up her hair in my mirror as it was wind blown from her tan.
She turns to me and says “Well hello, I’m Winzora. Winzora Swain and I’m your next client.”
We shook hands and I’m pretty sure I told her “I think I love you” and by the end of our appointment, I did!
I will always remember Winzora. She provided me with guidance from her own life experiences, taught me who I want to be to my children and their future families. She was such a lovely, caring knowledgeable lady
I will miss your flair for fashion Winzora and occasional sass…so many laughs we’ve shared.
I am beyond blessed to have had Winzora in my life and will miss her dearly Xo
