Good evening ma belle Caroline and family. I just learned about your Mom’s passing tonight. I have good childhood memories of your Mom when I spent slot of times in your home with you in Clair. I never spoke too much English in my youth but your Mom was always kind to my presence and very welcoming. Please accept my sincere condolences to you & your sisters and brother. Warmly, Michelle Long, Winnipeg, Manitoba (formerly from Clair, NB).

Jim: We are so sorry to hear of Sally's passing. We have very fond memories and lots of laughs with Sally during our Wednesday bowling. She was very friendly and considerate and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. She was terrific at organizing the Christmas Dinners, prizes and entertainment. We still remember her as Mustang Sally. She will be missed. Our deepest condolences, the family is in our prayers.

To Jim and All of the family I add my condolences on the loss of your beloved Sally. I met Sally when I joined the Lunch And Bowl groups she coordinated at Kingswood. She treated us like family, greeting each of us by name and taking pride in seeing us enjoy her handmade lunches . Her success was apparent. The bowling alley was filled to capacity with senior age bowlers as word spread about the fun to be had. Sally was greatly missed but not forgotten when she chose to retire. She has left a big footprint in her community.

Sally was a dear coworker of mine for a few decades! She was one of the most dedicated staff I had ever worked with! Many staff had judgments about Sally locking up the can opener’s or the good knives in a kitchen everyone shared but Sally did feed 200 people a perfect lunch Tuesday and Friday and she needed her equipment! She was like a Mother to me at work, my first stop was always the kitchen to see her before I started my day! I feel bad we lost contact, life gets so busy! As I watched the online funeral I had great regret for not being able to see her one more time to tell her she was definitely someone special to me! Sorry for your great loss to the family!

my mom always sang a song to me when I was young. She would put me on her knee and sing this song/
Mommy always told me something a little girl should know. its all about the devil, and I learn to hate him so. She says he causes trouble when you let him in the door so open up your heart and let the sun shine in. Let the sun shine in face it with a grin for smilers never loose and frowners never win .So just open up your heart and let the sun shine in.

I Will Always Remember the Small Things that My Mom Did
By Carolyne Albert-Garvey
Being the tooth fairy
Reading Little Golden Books
Cutting my bangs (a little too short)
Putting on my hood and tying my scarf to keep me warm
Having the neatest and cleanest home ever
Having perfectly folded laundry
Favorite foods in the fridge and a pantry full of snacks
Buying me Archie comic books even though she could not afford to
Having a place to do my homework
Always there for parent-teacher conferences
Friday nights on the couch watching the Sonny and Cher Comedy Show
Sunday evenings - Early bath time, Walt Disney show, and warm sheets right out of the dryer at bedtime
Driving us all over for school and other activities
Being kind and welcoming to my friends
Grounding me when I needed it most
Giving me a special Christmas ornament every year
Telling me to rest when I studied or worked long hours
Staying at the airport until my plane was in the air
Encouraging me to be adventurous even though it made her a little fearful
Learning how to use Alexa so that we could see each other almost everyday
Showing me how to be generous
Teaching me through example on how to be a strong woman
Telling me how much she loved me

I feel so blessed to have worked with Sally for close to 15 years. The love she had for Jim, her family, her bowling family and especially Joseph was amazing. I will always have such fond memories of going into that kitchen on senior bowling days and eating way too many of her sandwiches..... she was the queen of lunches. She will be missed so much.... I am sure we will always remember this beautiful woman. RIP Sally, I will forever love you..... Mary Lou

Sally was a very special lady, I have a lot of fond memories of her when I was growing up and would spend time in Fredericton with Becky. She helped me during a very difficult time in my life and I can not begin to express how thankful I am to have had her listen, talk and give me her advice. She will be missed by many, lovingly remembered and always loved.
Take Comfort in all the wonderful memories that were made with Sally throughout the years and hold them close during the difficult days that are ahead. Keeping Jimmy and family in my thoughts and prayers.
Love you always until we meet again.
