The passing of Myrna Elaine Allen of Durham Bridge, NB, wife of James Allen, occurred on August 26, 2022 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 27, 1941 in Hainesville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Basil and Georgina (Brewer) Billings.
Besides her husband, Myrna is survived by her children, Dave Allen (Leanne), Mark Allen (Melinda), Phil Allen, Angela Allen (Randy) and Kevin Allen (Sondra); sisters, Linda Latouche (Richard) and Cathy Moholitny; several grandchildren, three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Merlin and Philip Billings.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 1-2 pm, followed by a Funeral Service from York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel at 2 pm with Pastor Darren Munn officiating. Interment will take place in the Zealand Community Cemetery. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
