Obituary of Marjorie Lorena Wilcox

We are saddened to announce the passing of Marjorie Lorena Wilcox at Shannex Neill Hall in Fredericton on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Born and raised in Bloomfield Ridge, NB, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Gwen (MacDonald) Hunter.

Marjorie was employed by the Provincial Government since 1969, with her last position being at Public Safety, before suffering a diabetic stroke in 2008.

She is survived by her children, Brad and Roxanne Wilcox; her grandchildren, Morgan Wilcox, Hunter Wilcox and Taylor Tissington; her sisters, Noreen Norrad and Linda Hunter; her brothers, Winston Hunter, Roger Hunter, Wilson Hunter and Keith Hunter.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Gordon Hunter and Mac Hunter.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
