Obituary of Blair Cook Jones

JONES, BLAIR COOK

The passing of Blair Cook Jones of Burtts Corner, NB, husband of Dawn (Brewer) Jones, occurred on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on June 29, 1958 in Hainesville, NB, he was the son of the late Frederick and Helen (Cook) Jones.  Blair worked for the Provincial Department of Transportation.

In addition to his wife, Blair is survived by daughter, Tanya Crawford (Jamie); grandchildren, Reese and Mallory; sisters, Nancy Rafuse of Edmonton, AB, Wonita Jones (Plemon) of Fredericton, NB and Wilma Butler (Barry) of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Dwayne Jones (Linda), Vernon Jones and Larry Jones all of Fredericton, NB and Jack Jones of Greenwood, NS; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Fred "Alton", Ernest, Sheldon and Harry Jones; sister, Victoria Kelly and nephew, Joshua Jones.
 

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 2-4 pm.  Interment will take place in Ridgeview Cemetery, Caverhill, NB on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 5 pm.
