Obituary of Carol Agnes Morton

It is with great sadness that the family of Carol Agnes (Tims) Morton announces her passing at the age of 79 years. Carol was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. She passed away peacefully at home with her beloved husband Keith by her side.

Carol was preceeded in death by her son, Brian Glenn Watson, her parents; George L. Tims and Agnes W. (Munn) Tims; sister, Jean (Tims) Weagle, as well as her grandsons; Michael Lyons and Ricky Hovey. 

Besides her husband, Keith Morton, Carol was survived by her children, Douglas (Anita) Watson of Riverview, NB, Cami (Mark Flynn) of Napadogan, NB and Cheri (Brian) Margazano of Massillon, Ohio; close grandchildren, Katlyn and Jesse Pauls of Fredericton, NB. Carol was also survived by her sister, Laura (George) Clark of Winnipeg, MB and brother, George (Donna) Tims of  Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Melinda Lyons of Fredericton, NB, Jenna Watson of Riverview, NB, Michaud (Carrie) Collette of Edmonton, AB; great granddaughter, Aspynn Ivy Collette also of Edmonton, AB; two step daughters, their husbands, children and grandchildren, nephew; Mick (Paula) Glendenning of Fredericton, NB as well as close friends and cousins Lorraine Tims and Tom Tims.

A Celebration of Carol’s life will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, New Brunswick on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 1-3 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB, the SPCA or the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
