Obituary of William Charles McCoy

With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of William Charles McCoy, husband of Glenna (Clements) McCoy of Mazerolle Settlement, NB, on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at home.  Born on June 18, 1934 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late William and Olive (Stewart) McCoy.

 

In addition to his loving wife, Glenna, William is survived by his children, Connie Laagland-Winder (John) of Hanwell, William McCoy (Rhonda) of Harvey, Timothy McCoy (Jenn) of Milton, ON; grandchildren, Jonathan (Kristina), Jason, Mike (Trish), Kayla (Alex); great-grandchildren, Landan, Tori, Amber, Addison, Eliza, Chase; brother, Arthur McCoy of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews.

 

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 12 – 1 pm followed by a Funeral Service in York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel at 1 pm with Rev. Dave Jewett officiating.  Interment will be in Douglas Rural Cemetery, Fredericton. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
