Obituary of Dena Laura Camp

CAMP, DENA (BLAIR)

 

The passing of Dena (Blair) Camp of Nashwaak Village, NB, wife of Gregory Garagan occurred on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Fredericton Hospice House.  Born on July 12, 1941 in McAdam, NB, she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Bessie (McLaughlin) Blair.  Dena was a self-employed Home Care Worker.  She attended Nashwaak Village Baptist Church.

 

In addition to her husband, Dena is survived by her daughters, Tammy Astle (Teddy) and Rhonda Camp (Neil); grandchildren, Todd Astle (Kristen), Joel Perley, Julie Perley and Christin Good; several great grandchildren; sisters, Florence Colwell and Doris Lustig (Allen); nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Chris Camp; sisters, Mary Blair, Addie Fairweather (Archie), Doreen Sutherland (Robert) and Margaret Blair; brothers, Frank, Ralph, Milford, Halson and George Blair.

 

There will be no visitation or service by request. A private graveside service will be held in the Byno Cemetery, Lakeville Corner at a later date.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
