I met Linda at the hospital in 2019 - she was a patient in the same room as my mother. What a wonderful caring person she was. Always so thoughtful and kind to all she met. She so looked forward to your visits and calls. Her kindness will always be remembered by Marg Gorman and me. Praying for you all in your time of loss.

So sorry to hear of June’s passing. I have many fond memories of our times together at UMRHS. I recall one time June talked me into jigging classes and treat ourselves to a burger and fries at Green’s Restaurant (I think that was the name of it). As we were leaving the restaurant, we were feeling pretty cool and confident, a car pulled up beside us and this man’s voice said “shouldn’t you girls be in class” . I know you could have picked our jaws up off the ground, it was the Principle. Needless to say we were escorted back to school. Our first and last day of jigging classes.
June and some of our former classmates, as well as one of our teachers, Diane (O’Donnell) Lyons, had the opportunity to get together at Bett’s Restaurant approximately two years ago. We had a wonderful afternoon catching up and reminiscing about the good old days. Those are memories I will carry with me.
Our sincerest condolences to all of June’s family. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
