Obituary of Christopher Trent Pond

POND, CHRISTOPHER TRENT

The passing of Christopher Trent Pond of Durham Bridge, NB, occurred on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at home.  Born on January 21, 1966 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of Bonita (Young) Pond and the late Robert "Bunny" Pond. Christopher enjoyed working in the woods with daddy.

In addition to his mother, Bonita who he never faltered to look after, Christopher is survived by his brothers, Robbie Pond Jr. of Edmonton, AB, Darren Pond (Heather) of British Columbia and Junior Porrier (Dee); and his buddy Larry his dog and faithful friend.

Special thanks to his caregiver Sabrina who he called his doll!  Also, thanks to all of Extra Mural especially Corie Lee and Derick; and to all the Doctor's on Chris's journey and there was many.  

Visitation will take place at Family Home, 582 Manzer Road, Route 628, Durham Bridge on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 1-7 pm.  The Funeral Service will take place at Family Home, 582 Manzer Road, Route 628, Durham Bridge, NB on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 2 pm with Mr. Todd McFarlane officiating.  Visitation and funeral will be by invitation only.  Pallbearers will be Darren Pond, Wilt Coon, Junior Porrier, Matt Porrier, Jason Duffield, Andy McNeil, Todd McFarlene and Samuel McFarlene. Interment will take place in Lower Durham Cemetery, Durham Bridge, NB. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Upper and Lower Durham Cemeteries or to the charity of the donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
