Obituary of Catherine Julia Wyrwas

March 24, 1935 - September 28, 2021

The family of Catherine (Kay) Wyrwas wishes to inform you of her sudden passing.

Born in Margaree, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, the daughter of the late Jim and Judy Cameron. She is survived by Brothers Bernie and Eddie Cameron, Sister Rita (Robert) Beaudoin, and Sister in law Doreen Leblanc.

Survived by her children, Sons Bruce (Kathy) Wyrwas, and John (Tammy) Wyrwas, Daughters Dianne Gilbert, and Kathy Hawkins.

Grandchildren Julie (Adam), Lindsey (Matt), Ashley (Gage), Cassandra (Travis), Kristin, David (Shannon), Sara (Ryan), Brittany (Justin), Marsha, and Carrie

Also Survived by many cherished Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and friends

Predeceased by her husband Roderick, infant son Gerald, Daughter Joyce Wyrwas, Sisters Sarah Hunter, Theresa Galka and Liz Pyykone.

In keeping with Kay's wishes there will be no visitation. There will be a graveside service at the Alexander Gibson Memorial Cemetery on Saturday October 2, 2021 at 2:30 pm.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Marysville United Church.
