Ann Margaret Standen of Fredericton, NB, wife of Graham Standen, was suddenly called home on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Windsor Court. Born on January 14, 1938 in Wandsworth (London), England, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Hilda (Ring) Arnold.

Ann loved God deeply and this love was lived out in a devotion to scripture and to living a life of prayer for the world and for her family. She will be remembered by all who knew her as being loving, creative and artistic, and also for having a huge love for all animals.

In addition to her husband, Ann is survived by her children, Carol Muncer (Gordon), David Standen (Diane) and Christopher Standen (Teresa); 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Ann was predeceased by her sisters, Shirley Moorhouse and Susan Arnold.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The Memorial Service will be held from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 75 Main Street, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 11 am with Rev. Paul Ranson officiating.
