Lori and Jamie and families,
We find ourselves at a loss of words at this sad time; so many memories come flooding back when we think of your Mom and Dad-can only imagine their reunion.
Memories of Aurale and Warren singing in the church choir at Our Lady of Fatima; Warren and Zelda working at the church suppers. It seemed every time I walked into the store on one corner of Crocket Street or another, Warren, Dad and Bobby were at the coffee counter catching up having a More cigarette and of course Bobby smoking the straw. Then always before or after weekend skidoo trips to the camp or over Miramichi there would always be a gathering in our kitchen where I listened intently to the funniest stories.
Many times in my Dads later years I would come over to visit only to find him on the phone with "Mitchell", they always kept in contact.
I will always remember your Dad as a kind and soft spoken gentleman who often greeted me as a child by holding my chin in his hand while wearing his Ruby Ring and giving a big smile.
We will all miss Warren and are all sending our deepest condolences to you all.
Kelly, Tim, Devin and Garrett Doucette

Lori and Jamie, i am so very sad to hear of your Dad’s passing. I always thought so much of your Mom and Dad.
Remember them so well when your were a baby, Lori, and they lived across the street from my Mom and Dad on corner of Barker & Miles Streets. You were such a sweet baby. Such fond memories.
Your parents were very special people - remember all the good and loving things they did for all of you.
May God bless you richly in the coming days as you grieve your loss.

Lori and Jamie, I am so sorry for your loss. As Warren's niece, my fondest memories of your father was how wonderful he was with us as children. When we were growing up, your Dad always made time for us kids and made us feel special. I can't remember him without a smile, laughing or making others laugh. My parents (Gerry and Gib) thought the world of your parents. They were both a ray of sunshine! My thoughts and prayers are with you. Joan Aucoin

Lorie and Jamie and family,
Sorry to hear of Dad's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.
Warren was a true gentleman. I have fond memories of washing/drying dishes with him at Our Lady of Fatima spring and fall suppers.
The men were recruited to do dishes in the "back" kitchen while the women looked after the cooking in the "front" kitchen.
Lots of fun when he and your Mom bowled in the Thursday night Catholic bowling league in Marysville in the 1970's.

Our deepest sympathy to all the Mitchell family on Warren's passing. I first met Warren, back in the nineties, at his favorite hangout, Burger King. Over the years, we would start our day there together over BK coffee and toast while Warren regaled me with stories of his life growing up in Devon and Marysville. Many stories I heard more than once. We agreed to let one another know if we would not be at breakfast the next day. More than once after waiting 45 minutes or so I'd call Warren's cell, only to be told, "I just drove by the Big Stop in Salisbury on my way to Halifax." As his driving increased, our breakfasts decreased. It reached a point that I would only hear from Warren when he needed me to get him more Kirkland paper towels, and then he'd drive out to New Maryland to pick them up. Will always remember Warren with great fondness. RIP, my friend. Hilly Booker and wife Joyce.

Sheila and I extend our heartfelt condolences to Lori,Jamie and the rest of the family, on the passing of Warren. I met Warren many years ago, but never really got to know him until we started driving to pick up cars together, about 20 years ago. Our first rip was to Charlottetown, PEI, for a new Ford pick-up. Warren spilled a cup of coffee in the car we were travelling in, all over the dash, seat, window and himself. When we got back there was a Big dent on the passenger side of the new truck he brought back. Great trip, that was when I heard some of his stories for the first time...heard thousands since, all for the tenth to the twenty-first time. Always enjoyed the stories, had many laughs. Warren was one of the greatest guys I have ever met, always smiling or laughing. We talked frequently on the phone. He used to teach me some french words when we traveled for cars. I could go on forever talking about the great times we spent together. I love you Buddy.......... Rest in peace. Jim and Sheila
