Obituary of Thomas Byron Munn

The passing of Thomas Byron Munn of Boiestown, NB, husband of the late Joan (Sparkes) Munn, occurred on March 11, 2021 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on December 16, 1944 in Holtville, NB, he was the son of the late Angus Munn, Christina (Carson) (Munn) (Desmond Conroy). Before retirement, Thomas was a millwright at the Ashley Colter Mill.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Tammy Munn of Boiestown; grandchildren, Madison, Mackenzie and Hayden Hunter; sisters, Bertha Lenentine of Miramichi, Margaret Munn of Holtville, Laura Noseworthy of Dartmouth, Doreen Lovelace (Arthur) of Hayesville; brother, Harold Munn (Reta) of Hayesville; several nieces and nephews.

Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Olive Munn, Etta Lovelace, Archie Munn, and Vivian Munn.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of York Funeral Home's Miramichi Valley Chapel. Although there will be no services at this time, a graveside service will take place in Boiestown United Church Cemetery at a later date.
