Obituary of Janet Pitcher

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum and Wife, Janet Pitcher. On Friday, September 25th, 2020 at around 3:30 pm with her husband and children at her side.

Loving Wife of Kenneth Pitcher for 60 years, Mum to Mark, Louise Catterall and Ian.

Nanny to Stephen (Tiffany), Rachael Fragiacomo (Filippo), Robert (Megan), Christopher Boone (Heather), Ashley Cole (Mitch), Chelsea, George  Catterall (Emily) and Gavin. Great Nanny to Jack Cole, Samuel, Poppy Cole  and Grace.

Mum-in-law to Tracy, Ian Catterall and Shannon.

We know our Mum is now resting peacefully in heaven. For Mum, filling out a crossword and eating cake and ice cream were favorite things to do, as well as spending time with her dogs Carly & Tupper and reading, Mum was a voracious reader. Mum also loved her garden and always had a beautiful display of flowers she tended to with Dad.

Mum and Dad built a wonderful life together running various businesses including a Grocery shop, Fish and Chip shops as well as a Pick-Your-Own Farm. 

Although they had very busy lives, they always made time for their children and grandchildren and loved them all dearly.

We will all miss Mum's Gourmet cooking! especially her fish fingers and chips...

 

God bless you Mummy and Rest in Peace. You are always in our hearts.

 

A Private Memorial Service will take place at Upper Kingsclear Baptist Church, 15 Mazerolle Settlement Rd, Upper Kingsclear, with Pastor Sudesh (Peter) Valji officiating. The service is invite only, if you have questions about attending please contact Louise, louc5@me.com.  For those who wish, donations may be made to Grace House For Woman, Fredericton
