STOREY, TENNYSON MELBOURNE

 

We are sad to announce the passing of Tennyson Melbourne Storey, husband of Elizabeth "Betty" (Howe) Storey formerly of New Bandon, NB, on August 9, 2020 at Hospice Fredericton. Born on June 29, 1926 in Doaktown, NBhe was a son of the late Martha (Storey) Burns.

 

In addition to his loving wife of 64 years, Tennyson is survived by his children, Colin Storey (Peggy) of Fredericton, Brian Storey (Tabitha Munn) of Fredericton, Angela Brown (Todd) of Orono, ME; grandchildren, Jennifer, Evan, Curtis, Ethan, Elizabeth Rose, Alexus; six great-grandchildren, Fiona, Isaac, Hayden, Aubrey, Jaxson, Blake; brother Melvin Burns of Stanley; several nieces and nephews.


Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Mary Brennan and Janie Palmer.
 

Arrangements are under the care of York Funeral Home's Miramichi Valley Chapel. A public visitation will take place at McNamee Pentecostal Assemblyon Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 5 - 8 pm with COVID restrictions in placeA Private Funeral Service will be held at McNamee Pentecostal Assembly,  on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 2 pm with Rev. Allison Cromwell officiating.  Interment will follow in McNamee Pentecostal Cemetery, Porter Cove. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Hospice Fredericton.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
