The passing of Mary Teresa Kingston of Fredericton, NB, wife of Eugene Charters, occurred on August 9, 2020 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on May 31, 1940 in Ballyjamesduff (County Caveran), Ireland,  she was the daughter of the late Margarete (Brooks) and James Kiernan. Mary worked as a cosmetician for Shoppers Drug Mart.

In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by son, Sean Kingston (Melanie) of Airdrie, AB; sisters, Bridget (Philip) of Ireland, and Susie (Jack) of Ireland; brother, Shamus (Margaret) of Ireland, grandchildren; Amanda Wheeler, Tyler and Jessica Kingston and Kaylee Jones; great grandchildren, Charlie-Ann, Sophie, Cloie and Joseph. Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her daughter, Colleen Wheeler; brother Donny; sisters, Josie Ali and Cathleen Greene.

Interment will take place in New Maryland United Church Cemetery, Nasonworth on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 2PM, with Father Peter Osborne officiating. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
