Lyons, Mina Ellen

The passing of Mina Ellen Lyons of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Murray Lyons, occurred on August 4, 2020 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on May 26, 1936 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Mina (Bowa) Gallagher  and the late Wally Allen. 

Mina is survived by her daughter, Tanya Lyons of Queenstown, NB; son, Robert Lyons, NB; four grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren; brother, Jim; sister, Eleanor; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mina was predeceased by her sons, William and Murray Lyons; brothers, Gerald and Sonny and sister, Shirley Watson.

A Private Memorial Service, by invitation only will take place at York Funeral Home on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 2 pm with Pastor Gordon Mowry officiating. Interment will take place in Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton, NB.
