My deepest sympathy to you all in the loss of Scott. I have known him since his high school days, and have run into him now and again through the years, usually at the Brookside Mall or King's Place. In spite of the ill health that he endured for so long, he was always friendly and cheerful when I met him, ready for a chat. That's how he will be remembered. I am making a donation to the Kidney Foundation in his name.

Scott was an absolutely great guy, and such a positive inspiration with all the challenges he faced...a positive role model for sure, whom I remember well from our school days together in Stanley, and then also occasional chats when I would see him in Fredericton. To Scott’s family... moving to NewBrunswick in grade 9 and then to Stanley High School for grade 10 it was many days of laughter when I met Scott. His heart was always filled with kindness for anyone. He suffered for years and took everything with such positivity. I’ll cherish my memories with him. Sending our condolences to his family.

So very sorry to hear of Scott's passing. It was a pleasure having him stay with us here at the Hostel at the SJRH during his treatment. We were sadden to learn of Scott's passing. My husband's mother, had Scott in a room taking treatment for cancer the same time as she had hers. Scott was a talker and time flew by so fast. Rest In Peace Scott. You sure put up with a lot of treatment. You are in God's loving care and pain free
