Obituary of David Harold Cheverie

 

The passing of David “Dave” Harold Cheverie of Birdton, NB, husband of Janet Mary (Caissie) Cheverie occurred on July 24, 2020 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on September 26, 1940 in Grand Falls, NL, he was the son of the late Joseph and Agnes (Sweeney) Cheverie.  Dave worked in the printing business for many years. He was a member of the Nashwaaksis Lions Club and the Fredericton JayCee’s. Dave enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and camping trips with family.

 

In addition to his wife, Dave is survived by daughters, Terry Leonard (Raymond) of Fredericton, NB and Mary Beth Wilkinson (Robert) of Maugerville, NB; grandchildren, Sara, Michael, Jessica Wilkinson and Erin Leonard; great grandchildren, Kayden, Grace and Madison; sisters Margaret Cheverie of Lincoln, NB and Shirley Clayton of Burtts Corner, NB; nephews Troy and Dr. Dale Clayton.
