So very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. Your parents were wonderful members of our Church (MorningGate). Your Dad did an addition on our house about 27 years ago, did a wonderful job and we still enjoy it today. They are both remembered with great fondness. Our condolences to all your family.

Lois and Ted were both such gentle spirited people and great teacher's of The Word. We enjoyed more than one Small Group and Bible Study led by them. Such pillars of Morning Gate Church (formerly First Congregational).
We have fond memories of Lois, and wish we could extend our sincere sympathy to each of you in person. Lois's eyes would light up when she spoke about her children and grandchildren.

We will make a donation to Morning Gate Church in memory of Lois.

I remember your Mom as a gentle soul, always a smile and kind word for everyone. She and your Dad, Ted, were pillars in Morning Gate Church! So sorry we can't come give a hug or a handshake but know we pray and will be praying for you during this time of loss! Roman 15:13 says it well...."May the Gid of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him." God's peace and love to you during this time of grief! Blessings, Fraser and Colleen McHatten

Everytime I visited Lois and Ted, I always said hello Mom and Dad which brought a smile to theirs and my face. They were not my parents, but I loved and respected them. They were a kind, loving couple and would do everything they could to encourage and help you.

We are very saddened to hear of the passing of your dear Mum today on Easter Sunday. She was a very special friend and we enjoyed many special times with Lois and Ted. They shared their faith and were a light to all of us. Lois was a great cook, and loved her flower garden and her hobbies. They both had many God-given talents which they shared abundantly with their church, family and friends. You are in our thoughts and prayers during these difficult days. Lorraine & Harland Cook

Dear Lois- what a gentle spirit. I thoroughly also enjoyed Ted’s piano playing and his wisdom in so many things. I’m thinking of the time he came over to our house to help me figure out how to fix my deck stairs....such an interesting man.
A very sweet couple.
My dearest condolences to YOU, the family, at this time.
