My deepest condolences to the family.
I knew Chris from our work days in the 1980's at CFPU in Trenton, ON. Me as a Private and him as a Master Corporal at the time, he was always a kind and fun supervisor to be around. We had so many laughs, it was always a happy place to be when he was around. It's been years since I've spoken to Chris, but reading his obituary made me recall him speaking so warmly of Lynn and Kim.
I hope Chris has gone to a very special place where "they" will be lucky to have him. RIP my dear old friend!!

Lynn and family, please accept our sincere condolences on Chris's passing. I knew Chris during his many years in the Postal Corps. He was of course a retread from the RCR and I from the Navy. I always enjoyed Chris's company. We were never stationed together but met on many social occasions
as Postal was noted for the work hard play hard ethic. Chris served in many places in Canada and overseas in UN postings keeping the mail moving.
This happened so quickly that I think most of us are still in shock. God bless you Chris. You were a good guy. Take care Lynn.

Dear Lynn, Keith, Robert, and Kim amd Kelly,
We cherish the memories we have of Chris. We would have not met but for Chris’s service in the Army Postal Corps! He was so proud of his service in the RCR. He was so cheery and friendly. We know he will be missed in all the activities he took part in. We especially remember our travels together in Europe and in Canada. The pub crawl through England was particularly a spirited journey! All the wonderful times we enjoyed the Rowe hospitality , as we travelled between Ottawa and Halifax. We were welcomed with smiles and warmth. Hugs to all of you, Pat and John Turner. I have add a photo of Chris on our last trip to the Canadian War Museum! What a smile!

Lynn and family, it is with deep sadness that we have heard about Chris’s passing. He was a terrific person to share fun with particularly in our many productions at Stepping Stone Centre as well as our bi-annual fashion show. We will miss his smiling face at the Centre, at Capital City Singers and at Wheels to Meals. We send our sincere sympathy to all members of the Rowe family.

He will be dearly missed. Heather and I truly enjoyed stopping at the Lynn and Chris bed and breakfast in Fredericton on our annual drive from Ottawa to Halifax in the summer. I've attached a picture of our visit together in Paris, during the month of October 1992
