MUNN, BETTY ANN 

The passing of Betty Ann Munn of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Reginald LeRoy Munn occurred on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Veterans Health Unit.  Born on September 18, 1946 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Evelyn (McKay) Ackerson. Betty worked in the bakery at Sobey's and the Superstore.  She loved to read and enjoyed time spent with her family and friends.

 

Betty is survived by daughters, Stephanie Kingsbury (Ed) of Tennessee and Rhonda Buckley (Ken) of Miramichi, NB; son, Darren Munn (Heather) of Durham Bridge, NB; grandchildren, Meghann, Matthew, Savanna, Marissa, Devon; great grandchildren, Corey, Maddox, Ella and Paislee; sisters, Marie, Judy, Lorna, Viola, Cheryl, Carol Joy; brothers, Weldon, Daryl, Garnet, Floyd, Wayne, Ernie and Roger Ackerson; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was predeceased by her  sisters, Eleanor and Freda.
 

Visitation will take place at Ripples United Pentecostal Church, 548 Route 670, Ripples, NB on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 6-8 pmThe Funeral Service will take place at Ripples United Pentecostal Church, 548 Route 670, Ripples, NB on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 1 pm with Rev. Donald McCarty and Rev. Roger Ackerson officiating.  Interment will take place in  Ripples Community Cemetery, at a later date.  For those who  wish, remembrances may be made to the New Road Pentecostal Church, Durham Bridge, NB.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
