Obituary of Steven William Kendrick

KENDRICK, STEVEN WILLIAM

Steven William Kendrick passed away unexpectedly on March 3, 2020. He was 67.  He is survived by his parents  Mavis and Billy; his partner, Joan Gamble; son, Chris (Kim McCoy); and granddaughter, Mackenzie; as well as siblings, Gail Brewer (Goolie), Michael Kendrick (Lori), Cathy Harvey (Blaine), Gary Kendrick (Lisa); and their children. 

Steven's profession was firefighting and he retired with the rank of Captain from the Fredericton Fire Department. On early retirement he devoted himself to his home, his woodlot and all of God's creatures who shared it.

We will miss him terribly.
 

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 6 to 8 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2 pm with Rev. Wilfred Langmaid officiating. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Fredericton SPCA, Hospice House Fredericton or donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
