Deb was such a welcoming presence in the community, and made me feel welcomed. Moving to a community where you know no one, is not an easy thing to do, and Deb knew this. I am saddened to hear of your loss. Please know how very sorry I am.

To Wayne and family....Absolutely shocked to hear of Debbie's sudden passing. She has been a thoughtful and special friend to me over the years. We always chatted about what craft projects we were working on at any time we met and I tried to attend many of her craft shows. We also shared the love of gardening and several of my garden plants came from her garden. She will always hold a special place in my memories of friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sincerely, Marilyn and James Bubar

To The Family:
I just saw Debbie on Saturday and we shared a hug, a laugh and a promise to see each other soon! So shocked to hear of her passing. I met Debbie many years ago when I moved back to the Community. I looked forward to my visits to pick up mail at the end of the day. Debbie always asked how I was, my Mother and my son. She always had a compliment for you and we always had a good laugh about something and I always left feeling so much better after talking to her. When I moved from the Community we still stayed in touch. She would call me at work and say this is your friendly postal lady and we would catch up as if no time had passed at all. I will miss her calls and miss seeing her beautiful face! She had a great love for her family, her close friends, the birds that she fed, cats and of course her beloved craft work. My heart goes out to you all, she was a very special lady that will be loved and missed by many.
Sincerely,
Maria Pugh

Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Cherish the memories that you have and hold them close to your heart. Debbie was a great friend and encourager to me. Just last week when I was into the Post Office she shows me pictures of her sweet grandchildren of whom she was so proud of. We have had many conversations and have shared so many thoughts on life. She was a great friend to me.
