The Lord has called home, Clarence Van Marrum of Richibucto Road, NB on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 16, 1948 in the Netherlands, he was the son of the late Jelle and Meta (VanHien) Van Marrum. He was a self employed contractor and took great pride in his carpentry skills. Clarence enjoyed being outside with his dog “Fisher”. Clarence is survived by his partner, Shirley and her family; daughters, Debbie, Nicole (Matthew) and Tammy (Corey); sons, Jeff (Jutta) and Allison; grandchildren, Chelsea, Amanda, Tyler, Hayden, Sydney, Josephine, Sebastian, Ariana, Brandon, Olivia, Madison, Samara, Kayla, Devin and Marcie; sisters, Josiena, Lucy (Dick) and Audrey (Doug); several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Andrew. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday, March 30, 2013 from 12 noon until 2 pm; followed by the Memorial Service at 2 pm with Padre Richard Larsen officiating.
