Obituary of Jayde Hunter

The sudden passing of Jayde Kasia Hunter formerly of McLeod Hill, NB, occurred on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at her home in Miramichi, NB. Born in Fredericton, NB on January 3, 1989, Jayde was the daughter of Trevor Hunter (Patty) and Gina MacKay. She graduated from Eastern Business College, enjoyed watching hockey and loved music. Jayde wrote, sang and recently had her music recorded in studio. In addition to her parents, Jayde is survived by two sisters, Amanda Hunter of Fredericton, NB and Lauren Hunter of McLeod Hill, NB; two brothers, Justin Munn of Alberta and Tyson MacKay of Astle, NB; paternal grandparents, Winston and Rowena Hunter of Fredericton, NB; maternal grandparents, Garth and Paulette MacKay of Astle, NB; step-grandparents, Glen and Patsy Brinton of Fredericton, NB; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 from 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 2 pm with Rev. Brian McDonald officiating. Interment will be in Astle Community Cemetery at a later date.
