Obituary of Geraldine Boyne

The passing of Geraldine “Gerry” Olive (MacRae) Boyne of Fredericton, NB occurred on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 1, 1934 in Salmon Creek, NB, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Lillian (Dykeman) MacRae. Geraldine loved being with friends and family; she also enjoyed gardening, playing cards, puzzles and the outdoors. Geraldine is survived by her daughters, Juanita (Blaine) Morehouse of Burtts Corner, NB, Leona (Frank) MacIntyre of Windsor, ON and Phyllis Vezina of Fredericton, NB; sons, Allen and Andrew both of British Columbia, Walter of Fredericton, NB, Frederick Jr. (Lynn) of Burtts Corner, NB, Willard of Windsor, ON and Neil (Sharon) of Kingsley, NB; eighteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister, Edith Fulton-Yeomans (Richard) of Fredericton, NB; brother, Rowan MacRae (Florence) of Chipman, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Hugh; grandson, Billy; sisters, Audrey and Irma; brothers, Edgar and Donald. There will be no visitation by Geraldine’s request. A Memorial Service will take place at the Church of Christ, Burtts Corner, NB on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 2 pm with Pastor Dan Forman officiating.
