Obituary of Grady Gilliss

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Grady Aaron Edward Gilliss on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Grady was born on August 1, 2012 to Dean and Jennie (Blair) Gilliss of Killarney Road. Besides his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Lyndon and Barb Blair of McAdam, Brian Gilliss of Napan and Sandra Gilliss of Chatham; aunts and uncles, Josh (Melissa) Blair of Hanwell, Jake Blair of McAdam, Brad Gilliss (Lindsay Jardine) of Napan and Ruth Ann Gilliss of Irishtown; cousins, Lydia and Elizabeth Blair and Ryan Gilliss; great grandparents, Eddie Blair of McAdam, James MacKenzie and Glenna Gilliss both of Napan. Grady was predeceased by his uncle, Aaron Gilliss. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Friday, November 30, 2012 from 12 until 2 pm followed by a Celebration of Grady’s Life at 2 pm with Pastor Mark Brewer officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Chalmers Hospital Foundation NICU or Pediatrics Unit, to the Extra Mural Program or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
