Obituary of Gladys Poore

Poore, Gladys The passing of Gladys Poore of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Leonard Poore, occurred on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on May 28, 1923 in Ellon, Scotland, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Moir) Jenkins. Mrs. Poore was a Veteran of WWII and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4, Fredericton, NB. Gladys is survived by her daughter, Pamela Poore of Fredericton, NB; son, Leonard James Poore (Heather) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren Jamie Poore and Leslie Poore; great grandchildren Taylor, Madison, McKenzie Burgess and Cohen Poore. Although there will be no visitation, a private family graveside service will take place in Sunny Bank Cemetery.
