Obituary of Trent Mills

The passing of Trent Charles Mills, husband of Linda Mills, of Fredericton, NB occurred unexpectedly on Saturday, September 15, 2012. Born in Fredericton on May 24, 1959 he was a son of Shirley Martin and her late husband Gerald Martin. Other than the unwavering love and dedication he showed for his family, he was passionate about his job of maintaining safety and security at the Hugh John Flemming Complex; and thought of his colleagues as extended family. He always enjoyed his cats and just had to say goodbye to his rescued cat “Crystal”. His new best friend “Ebony” is also a rescue cat from the SPCA. In addition to his wife and mother, Trent is survived by daughter, Julie Whittaker (Rodney Nicholson), of Rusagonis, NB; grandson, Forrest Robichaud, of Rusagonis, NB; brothers, Terry Martin, of Fredericton and Troy Martin, of Ontario. At Trent’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service will be held for immediate family and close friends at a later date.
