Obituary of Stephen Aubin

The passing of Stephen Joseph Aubin of Fredericton, NB, husband of Antoinette (LeBlanc) Aubin, occurred on Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 21, 1947 in Grand Falls, NB, he was the son of the late Frank and Yvonne (Pelletier) Aubin. Stephen was a truck driver with Mira Construction and a member of Sunset Church. In addition to his wife, Stephen is survived by one son, Bruce (Jennifer) Aubin of Oromocto, NB; four daughters, Patricia (John) Whittaker of Tracy, NB, Debra (Mike) George of Lincoln, NB, Heather Munn of Fredericton, NB and Susanne (Wayne) Hughes of Fredericton, NB; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three brothers, Dale (Velma) Aubin of Tracy, NB, Ivan Aubin of Ludlow, NB, Gerald (Bev) Aubin of Hamilton, ON; four sisters, Geraldine Aubin of Montreal, QC, Alvine (Steven) Nicholson of Lake George, NB, Dianne (Robert) Peterson of Tracy, NB, Murielle (Lester) Nason of Tracy, NB and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Steven Aubin; two infant brothers, Augustine and Etien; three brothers, Simon, Roger and Gildore Aubin; two sisters, Irma Lemieux and Linda Aubin and one nephew, Johnny Fitzgerald. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Monday, November 21, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Sunset Church on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 1pm with Rev. Joseph Beesley and Rev. Steven Aubin officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be Chris Nason, Danny Aubin, George Aubin, Jeff Nason, Mike Aubin and Jason Nason. Interment will take place in the Saint Columba Roman Catholic Cemetery, Fredericton Junction, NB.
