Obituary of Lynn Carr

Lynn Carr (Seely) of Fredericton, N.B. passed away suddenly at DECH on August 10, 2011. True inseparable soul mates, Lynn and her husband Bruce were married for 30 wonderful years. She was the devoted mother of Shawn (Amy) and Christopher (Jaime) Carr, and the daughter of Douglas and the late June Seely. She attended Fredericton area schools and after graduation worked as a secretary for several businesses. Later she was a caregiver for other children in the family home. Lynn loved all animals, reading, music and sharing a good laugh with those closest to her. In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by her brother Michael Seely (Peggy), also of Fredericton, and by Bruce's children Jennifer and Danny Pelkman of Ontario. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday, August 14. Visitation will be on Saturday August 13 from 2 to 4 p.m. Any donations may be made to the Fredericton area SPCA or to a charity of the donor's choice.
