Obituary of Yvonne Ross

Ross, Yvonne Marina The passing of Yvonne Marina (Thibodeau) Ross of Boiestown, NB, wife of the late Glen Ross, occurred on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 26, 1934 in Bloomfield Ridge, NB she was a daughter of the late Lee and Izella (MacAllister) Thibodeau. Yvonne was an active member of the Boiestown United Church where she was involved with the UCW as well as the Women’s Institute. She worked as a cook and waitress for the Central NB Nursing Home. Yvonne was a member of the Saint John Ambulance and the Senior Group in Boiestown. Yvonne is survived by her daughters, Sherry Ross (Ian Rene) of Saint John, NB, Wanda Sparkes (Ted) of Sussex, NB and Marlene Ross (Brian) of Nashwaak Village, NB; son, Willard Ross (Debbie) of Edmonton, AB; grandchildren, Josh, Andrew, Jamie, Aarron, Murray, Todd, Adam, Rikki, Melanie, Karlie and Courtny; great grandchildren, Alexsa, London and Madisyn; brother, Milton Thibodeau (Ruth) of Bloomfield Ridge, NB; niece, Nancy Buyting; nephew, Neil Thibodeau. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Boiestown United Church on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 2 pm with Rev. Dr. Beverly Daley officiating. Interment will take place in the Boiestown United Church Cemetery.
