Obituary of John Hagerman

The passing of John Neil Hagerman of Fredericton, NB, husband of Marion (Douglass) Hagerman occurred on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 21, 1924 in Keswick, NB, he was the son of the late Cornelius and Edna (Yerxa) Hagerman. John was a Driver Instructor with the Provincial Government and a Truck Driver with Irving Oil, he then worked for Highway Patrol, until he retired. John was an avid fisherman and enjoyed playing cards. John is survived by his daughters, Judy Lifsches (Stephen) of Nashwaak Village, NB, Sheila Hagerman of Whitby, ON and Colleen Hayes (Edward) of Benton, NB; sons, Richard Hagerman of New Maryland, NB and Albert Hagerman (Shelley) of Boiestown, NB; step daughter, Linda Butland of Alma, NB; 12 grandchildren, Steven and Jamie Agnew, Jonathan and Jackie Cronkhite, Marissa, Rebecca and Edward Hayes, Leah Barton, Becky Jo Hagerman, Shawn and Michaela Wright; several great grandchildren and two nieces. Besides his parents and first wife, Betty (Brien) Hagerman, he was predeceased by his sister, Alice Sansom and half brother, Murray Fanjoy. Although there will be no visitation by request; a graveside service will take place in Keswick Cemetery at a later date.
