Dennis and Ginette, my thoughts are with you. I know how difficult it is to lose a brother who is much too young to die. It gave me comfort to know that Jason had lived life to the fullest. I think that you can say the same about Reggie. Most of my memories of Reggie are from our high school days. He sat in front of me in homeroom with Mr. Dorcas – I think that was grade 9 or 10. Actually he rarely sat – he was always up to something so he was in and out of his seat A LOT and spent most of his time turned around talking to me and everyone else. We reconnected last year when he was looking at buying the house next to mine. Too bad he didn’t buy it – that definitely would have livened up “teachers court”!

We lost contact with Reggie for a few years as he went off to live the thing we call life. When he arrived back in town a couple years ago, he came with a new appreciation for life. He loved life and lived each day to the fullest, you could see the joy in his shinning eyes and feel it in his beautiful smile. He had a tremendous amount love and respect for his family but his kind-hearted ways extended far beyond the boundaries of his family. It was always a great pleasure to have him present at our family gatherings, as many have said he loved to tease but more importantly he could laugh just as heartily at a joke directed towards himself.
I offer my deepest condolences to each member of his family left to grieve and to all of us who lost an amazing friend. You will never be forgotten and your wonderful spirit will live on in the hearts of all the lives you touched and those of us who had the pleasure of knowing you.

How can I begin to write what you meant to me, how is it possible for me to express my sorrow? The day you left us I cried uncontrollably, and today I cry still. You were a true friend, upfront and honest, a rare friend indeed. I will always cherish those moments that we spent together, our conversations. Those moments floating down the Nashwaak in the kayaks, a place that you so dearly loved, or, maybe just driving in your jeep doors off and feeling natures breeze as we drove off into the unknown. I want to thank you for the years, though very few, that I had the pleasure of knowing you, Thank you for the unforgettable memories.
Ginette, and Dennis I am so sorry for your loss, he was my friend, but he was your brother, Kira Lee, your Dad was a wonderful man, cherish your memories. Denise and James your son was a blessing to so many. May God keep him and bring you peace. To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: Ecclesiastes III 3:1

I didn't see him around where all the workers were milling about and when I asked, they said "look up". There he was up on the roof hammering shingles. Reggie was a true best friend. One of my best friends and I'm sure anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing him could say the same. I remember a time when Reg came to Alberta and I was trying to help him get a job on the Oil Rigs and it just so happened that a job I was suppose to go to I could not go so I asked the Oil Company if I could send a friend of mine instead and that he's a great worker. They asked if he had any Rig experience and I said well.... he's seen one. I drove him way up north and dropped him off at the 2nd largest Drilling Rig in North America and away he went. No Fear Reg. That's how he started and they had to give him a try because he was there and he jumped in with both feet. He prooved to be the hardest worker on that rig and eventually moved up to the top position as Driller.
My kids will have Jeep ride memories for a lifetime. We are missing you so much Reg. Love ya brother.

My heart is breaking for those left to grieve; his mother, Denise; father Jimmy, sister Ginette and brother Dennis. For a little guy, Reggie was a big man: very big spirit, large laugh and most of all a very big heart. During a recent trip home, Reggie was there for the construction weekend at Lindas. He and Devon clamored up to replace the porch roof on Dads camp. "pass me a shingle, pass me my hammer, pass me my leg!" When the work was done, he joined Patty, Debbie and I for breakfast. After much joking and good-hearted fun for which it was intended, HE bought US all breakfast!!
Reggie will be in Margies arms now, where I have no doubt he got most of his spirit and heart. R.I.P

I am very sad Reggie is gone from us all. The last time I saw him was at a wonderful crazy birthday celebration at MacDonald's where he gave me one of his famous true Reggie hugs. Nothing fake about those hugs, just like Reggie, nothing fake. He was the real deal, giant smile, warm personality and never a bad word to say about anyone, well, thinking more on that, I am wrong. I remember one day Reggie, Dennis and Cory were playing basketball in the yard. All of a sudden I heard Reggie call Dennis "dog face." I looked out my window and saw Dennis slinking away from the group with hurt feelings. I went outside and firmly told Reggie not to be calling his brother names that hurt like that again, at least not in my yard. Reggie replied, "what's wrong with dog face? Some dogs have pretty faces."
My love and thoughts to all the family and to all of Reggie's friends, many, many friends who will never forget him I am sure.
