Obituary of Robert Peterson

The passing of Robert Elwood Peterson of Fredericton, NB, husband of Ruth (Flowers) Peterson occurred on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at home. Born on April 5, 1950, he was the son of the late Andrew and Jean (Grant) Peterson. Robert delivered mail for Canada Post for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing with his children and especially enjoyed time spent at Junior’s Camp. In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his daughter, Bobbi-Jo Peterson (Jason); son, Robert Peterson (Jennifer) all of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Samantha Peterson, Carla Nowlan and Paige Peterson; special friend, Junior Allen and nephew, Clyde Ivey and family. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 2 pm with Canon Jon Lownds officiating.
