Obituary of Robert Curtis

The passing of Robert “Bobby” Allen Curtis, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the York Manor Nursing Home in Fredericton. Born on February 8, 1953, Bobby was a son of Shirley and the late Leona (Arbeau) Curtis. Bobby worked for MacDonald Builders for 31 years until his retirement in 2005. Bobby was known for his love for wrestling, he also enjoyed watching Nascar, especially Dale Earnhart. In recent years he began to watch Poker on TV as well. In addition to his father, Bobby is survived by two brothers, Ricky of Saint John and Gerry of Fredericton; two sisters, Marie Blunston and Barb Morehouse, both of Fredericton; several nieces and nephews. Besides his mother, Bobby was predeceased by a brother, Michael. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Interment will take place in Dayton Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
